Lady Katherine Washington is happily married to Dr. Leon Washington of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church of Kingsland, Georgia where she serves faithfully beside him as a Teacher, Intercessor and Spiritual leader. "Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies." Proverbs 31:10

Lady Washington is a woman of virtue. She is a supportive, loving, compassionate, understanding wife to her husband and a proud mother of one son, Jason Leon Washington and one granddaughter, Taylen Washington.

Lady Katherine Washington is the eighth of ten children born to the late Beatrice and Robert Pierce of Valdosta, Georgia. She attended the local schools of Valdosta and is a graduate of Valdosta State University. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and is a retired Accounting Officer at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida.

Lady Washington is a Born again Christian and she believes in the Bible, Jesus Christ and the complete authority of the word of God. She is truly devoted and submitted to the Lord's will. She loves the Lord and is excited about spreading the Good-news of Jesus' saving power. Her prayer is that the work she does brings hope, life, and encouragement to all that she comes in contact with.

Lady Washington is truly devoted and submitted to the Lord's will. Her duties as First Lady are always accomplished with a humble spirit, a smile on her face and a praise in her heart. She is a teacher and a counselor. She is a firm believer and promotes the structure of building a solid foundation to enrich strong marriages and families. Lady Washington is proactive with the Women's Ministry and is a Teen/Young Adult Mentor. She is in partnership and accompanies her husband in the development and growth of the ministry. Lady Katherine Washington is a woman who exhibits the character and trait of a virtuous woman, a woman that feareth the Lord. "Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates." Proverbs 31: 30-31.
